THE FIELD GUIDE

A little curiosity.
A lot of possibility.

Everything you need for your first living world.

01 / IMAGINE

One idea. One generation.

Describe a place, a goal, and a character. Choose 2D or 3D, add your own Gemini API key, and create. Your selected Google model writes the game, controls, and character profiles in a single request.

We check the response and test its basic startup before putting it in Explore. Games can still have bugs. If creation fails, your prompt stays in the studio; there are no automatic repair calls. A simpler idea often makes a better first game.

Try: “A moon garden puzzle where I talk to Luma, a curious robot, and guide her to three switches that open the observatory.”

Playing published worlds and the bundled starter worlds needs no key. Remixing is a new generation from the original prompt, using your chosen model.

02 / CONNECT

Meet the voice behind the world.

Call the character you are playing. You are the voice on their radio: explore together, ask how they feel, or guide them to a named place. Each new world has a protagonist and can include a separate NPC cast. Atlas the guide, Nova the co-pilot, and Echo the storyteller are optional contacts.

AtlasA hint in the right direction.
NovaA hand at the controls.
EchoA story in the making.

Try “Pip, walk over to Fern,” “look around,” “sit down,” or “stop.” Your character acts in the game and receives the actual arrival or blockage result. NPC contacts can discuss their world; your protagonist and Nova can control your character. The call reads game state, not a camera feed.

Only one selected companion speaks at a time. Switching companions ends the current call. You can mute, end a call, or turn off the microphone option and type while your companion speaks back.

Live conversations are separate Google sessions and use additional Live quota. This preview limits calls to nine minutes; reconnect to continue with a new conversation. Use HTTPS or localhost and headphones for the best experience. Transcripts remain in the page and are cleared when you leave.

03 / CHOOSE

A model for your next experiment.

This catalog includes Google models with a documented free tier, checked 2026-09-11. Free access depends on your project, region, and current limits. Adding a billing-enabled key can incur Google charges.

Choose how much your model reasons. In the creator, select a reasoning level to balance speed and more involved game rules. The menu only shows levels supported by your selected model. “Default” follows Google’s default, shown beside the option. Higher levels can take longer and use more quota; character calls use a separate Live model. Google’s reasoning guide ↗

Model quotas are not a shared pool of free credits promised by this site. If Google returns a quota limit, check AI Studio and try an available model or wait. We never silently switch models or retry a paid request.

04 / YOUR KEY

Your key stays yours.

Saving your key keeps it in this browser tab’s session storage. Clear it in the key dialog or close the tab. Some browsers may restore tabs and session storage after reopening; use Clear key on a shared device. We never put your key in game code, the database, URLs, or application logs.

For creation, the key passes through our PHP server to Google over HTTPS. For calls, the server exchanges it for a short-lived, single-session Google token. Your microphone audio then streams directly from the browser to Google. The game iframe cannot access your key, microphone, parent page, storage, or network.

Your game title, description, original prompt, generated code, and character profiles become public when the game is published. Don’t include personal or confidential information. We store a session cookie for request protection and a random browser cookie for guest ownership. Google sign-in adds a separate, revocable sign-in cookie. Your verified Google identity and email are kept with your private profile; your display name appears on games you publish. We also store play counts, likes and hashed connection identifiers for temporary rate limits.

Google processes prompts and call content under its own terms. Google’s free tier may use submitted content to improve its products. Review Google’s Gemini API terms ↗ before using a key.

05 / BELONG

An open playground, just getting started.

You can explore and play as a guest. Sign in with Google to create games, Game Builder projects and Asset Studio assets. Signed-in projects, assets, created games and likes follow your profile when you return on another device. On the sign-in page you can choose to bring this browser’s guest work into that profile. Existing guest work is preserved and stays tied to its browser cookies until you choose to bring it into your account. Private projects become public only when you choose Publish.

Keep creations welcoming and original. Don’t publish private information, impersonation, hateful content, or material that you don’t have permission to use. AI creations can be inaccurate or surprising; use your judgment when sharing.

The starter worlds are labeled clearly. Play and like counts reflect actual recorded activity. Cover illustrations represent the mood, not a screenshot of gameplay.

Profiles let you edit your display name, bio and avatar color, manage your creations, sign out or end other device sign-ins. A sign-in lasts up to 30 days. Google sign-in does not supply a Gemini API key: keys remain in their browser tabs and are cleared when an account changes. Subscriptions and credits are possible future additions. There are no subscriptions, site charges, or purchased credits in this version. Google usage is billed or limited by your own project.

YOUR KEY. YOUR IMAGINATION.

A little key.
A world of possibilities.

Bring your own Google Gemini key to create worlds and talk with characters. Playing a world is always key-free.

Kept in this browser tab until you clear it or close the tab. Sent over HTTPS through our server to Google; never saved in our database.

Google’s free tier has model and project limits. A billing-enabled key may incur charges. Prompts and voice are processed by Google.
